Can't make it to Dallas this weekend, but I might want to take the kids to watch somewhere on campus or close to campus. Is there a great place to do this? I have visions of the dashes to the lake in my head, and would love to take part in such revelry.
I saw the official athletics account has been touting watch parties at BW3s in the suburbs. That seems wrong.
Major Goolsby's has been busy for the MU games so far...
And it's within dashing distance of Wisconsin Avenue and the lake.
Not sure if they'll be open Easter Sunday evening though.
I've been doing by homework for just this time of year because I love watching tournament with a good crowd. Apparently the Buffalo Wild Wings gets okay attendance, but I wouldn't trust that.
Goolsbys environment has been great, I would definitely recommend.
Went to the Annex on Friday which used to be the place to be, but was totally dead. Unless the university steps up with something I think on campus might be a miss.
Checked in on who's in third before going to goolsbys on Sunday and it was still pretty quiet at 10:20. But they promote the games.
Haven't tried the Mecca yet.
I always wish that Marquette would do a watch party at the AL.
I could definitely see that if we make the final four.
In Chicago, I brought my MU flag to my local pub and they have had it hanging inside since the tourney began. Very nice of them!
We will be at Goolsby's on Friday night.

Anyone in the Tampa area know of a Watch Party for Friday night?

No. Ma O'Brien's on NW side. Used to be the old Nil Tap. Very nice place.
Check the Marquette Alumni webpage as they will list out of town watch parties.
I expect campus to be rather dead this weekend due to Easter break. Seems like everyone is leaving Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Goolsbys might be the best bet.

That is a cool idea.
The new scoreboard at American Family Stadium would be a lot of fun.
