Title: Kam Using Non Dominant Hand
Post by: Herman Cain on March 15, 2024, 10:38:02 PM
Kam has made great progress utilizing his non-dominant ( right hand) over the course of the last month, both driving and putting up shots.

This has made him much harder to defend . Can no longer just push him to the right.

Glad to see he made that commitment to improve . It is really helping the team a lot.

Took the team from hoping for a .500 season to a 2 seed in the NCAAs.

Excellent point. He's also used a nice spin move a few times too; dribbling right, then spinning and driving left to the hoop.

I agree with  what you're saying. And he's changed his game because Kolek is out. Kam is playing so well. And he's playing with his right hand at times. And it's funny for me to see MU with six lefties. 6 out of 13-- that's a high number.

Kam deserves ridiculous props for what he's done since Tyko's injury.

Kam is so much fun to watch when he attacks the rim.  He had a knack for scoring in so many different ways.  That high glasser late in tonight's game was a thing a beauty.  You can't teach that.  That's a gift he has.

Kam is a wizard. He was my pick to click on the season, and he was somehow still under "rated" while being leading scorer.

Good point though. His ability to run a team, his pg skills, his relentless belief in what Shaka wants him to be.

He stepped into a HT interview in the BET on Friday night and said he "needed to go in and apologize to his teammates because he let them down by being too into the refs and calls" late in the half after having a great half.

That's the Shaka effect, and pros to Kam for buying into a genius that will make him a pro basketball player.

Shaka stepped in on day 1 and called Kam gifted, a walking bucket.
Kam is just walking into those shoes

That's a shot usually reserved for the NBA.

This was very impressive. A lot about Kam is very impressive.

Heck, a lot about a lot of our players is very impressive.

Coach Shaka.

When you buy into a guy than knows where he wants to take you as a human and a professional, you can't ask for much more
