Discuss.
I'll say 8-2. Can't decide if 9-1 or 7-3 is more likely.
I think if (when) Marquette wins on NMD and at Butler, imo the biggest part of this stretch, it'll be looking at a higher likelihood of 9-1 than 7-3.
A slip up in either of those two games and we have to settle for no hardware and a 2/3 seed, not a bad place to be for most scoopers. Win those and likely top 5 matchup on the road in Hartford. SIGN ME UP!
Btw, for those that can't look beyond the Georgetown game I'll just say this poll is pointless with a loss in that one, but pick option #5.
We're in control of our own destiny again for both title and seed, which is nice. While it's a long shot to think we'll win out - at least things are in our direct control.
Every game from here on out is huge but these next 3 will really set up the stakes for our visit to the XL - if we win them we're likely playing in a top-5 match up the winner of which will be on a 1 line.
While SJU beating UCONN this weekend would open the door a bit wider - I'd rather UCONN win - better to take down #1 on the 17th.
Putting 7 and 8 wins together is probably not strategic for this poll... likely the top two answers if seperated

Agreed. I would have voted 8.
I probably would have voted 7.
I would probably pick 7 but that might be ambitious.
The second half schedule is tougher than the first half with the 3 most difficult games of the conference season with several other tough games mixed in.
Pomeroy's projection is 6-4 for a 13-7 finish.
I only put them together because imo they result in the same fate-
Namely, a 2/3 seed and no regular season hardware.
I suppose 24-7, 15-5 (after going 8-2) would leave the door open for a 1 seed if Marquette won the BET but I I think it would be a long shot.
