A top five team does not perform like this against a bubble team in their first conference road game of the year. I hope and expect improvement, but they're nowhere near where we hoped so far this season.

The loss of Omax starting to show, especially considering Jolp slid into the rotation in his place. No Stevie does hurt a bit, but no excuse to play this poorly. Offensively MU has really been in a rut lately besides the Texas game.

There are some players on this team, Joplin and Kam Jones specifically, who continually make such dumb plays. Absolutely disappointing performance that raises some serious issues about this season, as well as the coaching and preparation.

Look, I get that complaining about refs gets tiresome. And I’m guilty of it, especially tonight. MU loses tonight even if the refs get every single call right, but the refs were terrible. And it’s a reoccurring issue in games at PC.
Hell, I loved it when it happened to UW last month. But Wisconsin got unnatural carnal knowledgeed by the refs in their game there too.

This is a bit of my concern. Playing loose doesn’t mean undisciplined. Playing with passion doesn’t mean undisciplined. We have seen a lot of undisciplined in the past 2-3 games. Maybe it’s Stevie, he does hold the team to a very high standard, maybe it’s something else

Oso "hit" their guy in the chin with 14 seconds left on the shot clock. Why was the play allowed to continue at that point? The refs had to see it or English convinced them to go to the monitor. Complete incompetence or we just invented football play on rules in basketball.

They won’t see the top 10 again this season unless some of the players that needed to step up and take on bigger roles start doing it. The team has some pretty glaring weaknesses that have been exposed and conference teams that are familiar with them are going to know how to exploit those weaknesses.
