I'm not trying to have a political thread here but I'm somewhat fascinated by this weapon. Did some video programmer person just decide this was feasible in real life?

Ya....I carry around a list of ninja bomb options in my pocket and wait for the moment to strike. When it's raining cats and dogs do you literally think cats and dogs are dropping from the sky?
