Title: RIP, Scott Hall
Post by: Uncle Rico on March 14, 2022, 07:25:14 PM
The Bad Guy passed away at age 63.  Great as Razor Ramon, great as NWO Scott Hall.

Fought a lot of demons but a dude who left an indelible mark in the squared circle

The coolest wrestler there ever was. Hall was so damn good, had been following for updates all day.

RIP to the Bad Guy.

I don't know anything about wrestling but how is it conceivable someone was cooler than Andre the Giant?

You could have just stopped after the first part of the sentence... ::)

Andre the Giant was a legend, and very entertaining obviously, but there were PLENTY of wrestlers cooler than Andre.  Scott Hall was one of them.  He was like a real life, much grittier Gaston.  He was incredible.  Dude had an amazing voice

I'm gonna overrule your take on Andre.  He was 7'4, 500 and a good man.

And Hall was the bad guy who oozed machismo.  Ain't nobody cooler than Razor.

I don't even have Andre in the team picture of coolest wrestlers.

Also Scott sold the stunner better than anyone.

Honorable mention to Shane McMahon.

The Rock's were way over the top but he did that to try to make Stone Cold break character and laugh.

Legendary story about Scott Hall doing a Tony Montana impersonation for Vince McMahon for his audition, and Vince had never seen Scarface and thought it was the greatest, most original thing he had ever seen.

I think the best endorsement of Scott Hall is the Hispanic wrestling community finding out Razor Ramon was actually a white dude named Scott...and not caring cause he was amazing and still embracing him
