Jlew
Greg
Daryl
JLew
I'll take Lewis, but GE wouldn't be the worst choice for his play in the 2nd half.
Justin
Definitely GE imo. We lose going away without some of his hoops when we were down 9.
JLew
Tough, but I think GE - hit the shots that brought us back when we were in danger of falling out of touch
Those three had almost all of the points.
Lewis
Have to say JFL
ELLIOT. While Lewis and Morsell were playing hero ball, Elliot was dragging the team by their bootstraps.
Really tough. JLew by a hair over Greg but I could easily argue for the reverse.
1.a. Justin Lewis
1.b. Greg Elliott
Justin Lewis dominated.
Those two POWER hoops to tie the game at 54 can really pay big dividends down the road for Lewis and MU.
Tough call, but I've got to go with Lewis.
Lewis, IMO. Greg a close, very close second. Awesome Win!!!
Lewis, closely followed by Greg
JLew, with GE an extremely close second.
Justin
Lewis. Guy scored our last 7 points. From down 54-50 to winning 57-54. Greg was great but Justin closed this thing out in a way that you can't not give him SOTG
Greg and JLew 9-14 combined from 3. Need that to beat Nova at home.
PG's nailed it in the original post.
JFL. Big stones on that last shot.
Go Warriors!

And Nova scoring 0 in 7+ mins was helpful. :)
Greg kept us in it but Justin won it. Lewis for SOTG.
JFL
JFL also had 7 rebounds
If there was ever a time for a split.
Justin Lewis
Greg Elliott
Darryl don't think I didn't notice that defense.
If the Gods won't allow a split, I'll go Justin.
Both Justin and Greg with such balls though
Lewis. I'm not as torn on this one as some others seem to be.
Lewis
Close one but that Greg steal on the Gillespie double team clinched it for me.
This isn't that hard guys. Lewis dropped the last 7 points and buried them with a dagger 3

Greg had 8 consecutive points for Marquette to make it 52-51 with 3:45 left.
It was the long rebound 3 off of Koleks baseline miss, the deflection and layup, and another transition 3 b2b2b.
Without that Justin wouldn't have showed the world what kind of a beast he is.
As you said, Justin w 7 consecutive to end it plus the dagger 3.
That's why I say a split here is definitely fair if it's allowable.
Btw does anyone still hate Justin taking 3s? Kid needs to do most of his work all over the court but he can shoot. His shot looks good and I want him taking it when he's open

Honestly, I still don't like it. But if he makes the big ones, I'll allow it ;)
Haha ok fine.
I think it looks pretty good out of his hand.
It's a repeatable, under control stroke and I feel like he doesn't really ever miss badly
Justin Lewis, clutch is as clutch does
Greg was better but JLew hit the big shot. Lewis for the onions
We can't win that game without Greg bringing us back ... but Justin had the stats AND came through with all the winning plays at the end.
Lots of other heroes tonight, too: Morsell, Kuath, Kolek. But impossible not to go with Lewis.
Has to be Lewis but Kuath was really, really, good.
He was so good defensively on the perimeter
JFL
Justin. I would've said Greg until that last shot. Massive onions and was huge all night long, from the opening three to the final three.

Kur was good everywhere on D. They were afraid to shoot when they saw #35 near them.
His best game of the season. We need more like that!
Lewis. 8-16, 21 and 7. Personal 7-0 run over the last 2 minutes. Don't think it's particularly close.
Elliott was great and we don't win without Morsell either.
SHAKA's Team Defense won the game.
JLew very good for 40 mins.
Greg great for 20 mins.
Field of 68 After Dark always has their cheers of the night at the end of the for the day's biggest star performance. In the past, it's always been three different people. Tonight, Carter Elliott, Randolph Childress, and John Fanta all picked Justin Lewis.
JUSTIN F'ING LEWIS
runner up-greg f'ing eliot
2nd runner up- kur f'ing kuath
Kur Kuath is my choice. He shut down the lane when he was in there. Whenever he came out, Nova got aggressive and went to the basket with success. He had them second guessing their shots all night while he was in the game.
Lewis took several ill-advised shots, but he was huge at winning time.
1. Kuath
2. Lewis
3. Elliott

Nova was hesitant to attack with Mr. Kuath on the floor. There's no question Kur was a significant presence and led our strong defensive effort.
Justin Lewis again!
I'd say Lewis for his early scoring giving us a prolonged lead, then he laid the hammer down late
I'm also loving the Kuath talk, he was a monster down low. Kept his feet set and rarely bit on the pump fakes just held his ground. I was shocked to see he only had 3 box score blocks, seemed like he caused at least 10 misses regardless.
Greg was huge when we hit a lull, and Morsell had a ton of great defensive lockup possessions down the stretch.
Team win!
Greg
Greg Lewis.
Lewis for the clutch gene.
Greg for the "throwing haymakers when no one else could get a bucket."
Those two owned the last 10 mins of the game for us.
JLew
Don't leave us hanging!
