According to Twitter and MU pregame notes, Darryl Morsell is listed as doubtful for Saturdays game against Creighton.
Terrible development for this team that needs a win quite badly. Morsell previously missed the game against UConn nearly 2 weeks ago with Health and Safety Protocols due to COVID.
Any indication why he might not play?

Nope. Would assume COVID related, but that is nothing more than a guess.
Teams are extremely careful in requiring specific conditioning results post-COVID. Maybe still something they are working through with him?
2 weeks is a long time though. I would have thought for sure he would be back.

Didn't care for Shaka's Xmas gift, and is planning to get hammered Friday night
Ughhh. Not good.
I don't want to understate the danger the public is facing. Follow the rules. What annoys me is what's happening in college bb. In the past if you couldn't field? a team you forfeited the game. Up until now, it seems. If a game is cancelled and can't be rescheduled the game is counted as what? No contest? You guys know the rules. I can't understand them. In this case I have my suspicions. I believe the rules say a team must play at least 33 games to qualify for March Madness. It could be 30. My point is: what happens if a team or two in the top 25 haven't played the required number of games? Will they be disqualified? That will keep you kids busy for awhile.
Short answer: No. It will work itself out.

33 games to qualify? What in the world?
Didn't he have a nagging hip issue according to the board?
