Earlier today,* I got one of my favorite Christmas gifts ever. My wife bought my son and I tickets to the Big East Tournament. It's been a bucket list item for me for years and I can't wait! Here's hoping that it's a great week for Marquette!
P.S. Merry Christmas, everyone! And best wishes for a happy and healthy 2022!
*We celebrated Christmas a day early this year because we have to travel out west tomorrow.
Big time gift. Hope you are watching a lot of MU that weekend.
That's awesome.
Mine came early. On March 19th.
Merry Christmas everyone!

On my bucket list as well.
Not to be cynical, but I will probably wait until we are expected to make a deep run.

I hear you, Chick. My daughter is living in NYC, so the timing seemed right...free lodging! I'm hoping they'll get on a hot streak. It'll be fun no matter what, but hopefully it'll be one for the ages.
Went to four during the old Big East. Kemba's step back that took McGhee's soul, the six OT game, MU bludgeoning ND in the second half, DePaul actually winning a game. Great times.

Interesting, living here in New Jersey I can just hop on the train and get BE tournament tickets so not really a bucket list item for me. What is though is to see a home game in Milwaukee. My son-in-law and I perhaps will go next season when all this COVID is behind us.
As for Christmas gifts this year was pretty special for our 11 year old grand daughter. Oh the expression on her face as she walked in the front door from school and saw her 8 week old yellow lab puppy, but what was priceless is when she saw the 2nd lab pup.
Went in 2019 and saw the blowout over SJU and the heartbreaker against SHU. Still an amazing time.
I thought this was going to be about smoked meats. Pretty good runner up, though.
My Christmas miracle was, for the first time in 13 months, I was able to smell every ingredient I put in my spaghetti sauce.
