Justin, with major props to Darryl and Kam
Lewis
Then Morsell, then Cam.

Gotta be Justin, but Morsell and Jones had some huge moments.
Shaka
lewis by a hair over morsell

This one is tough. DM, JLew and Kam all made a case. Darryl was great on D holding their guards in check.
I'm with PRN—- Shaka
Justin Lewis
Honorable Mention
Darryl Morsell
Kameron Jones
Justin.
I was gonna make a joke after Kams first floater that this would be the "Kam game" but felt it'd jinx it.
So Kam then DM following Justin.
Makes me salivate for if/when Kolek finds his shot.
Morsell in this one. His defense and free throws won us the game. So many contributors, though.
Pretty easy choice of JL.
His 3-point shooting totally changed the game, and he did a lot of other stuff well too.
Much easier pick than the Illinois win. Has to be Justin Lewis with honorable mentions to Darryl Morsell for another big game, and Kam Jones for his first big game as a Warrior.

A close one.
Darryl wound up with the most points, but it was Justin that made the hoops that turned it around.
Great to see Kam play well and be in consideration, but the SOTG was Justin Lewis.
Morsell. Mostly because he was snubbed against Illinois and was great again tonight.
Lewis obviously a good choice as well.

If skip passes to the corner were a tracked stat, it would be Kolek
Justin by a Jump
Lewis
I pick Baltimore
Morsell. Lewis was slightly better on offense but Morsell's D was huge all night
Justin Lewis (if just for that shot clock 3)
1. Lewis
2. Morsell
Microwave Kam. First off the bench when we dug an early hole...and hit some shots to keep us in the game when Kolek, Lewis and Morsell were struggling.
1. Lewis
2. Morsell
3. Kam
Great games by all 3.
Justin Lewis, he really brought us back in the start of the second half with those back to back 3s.
2) Darryl Morsell
3) Kam Jones
4) Kur Kauth
I'll have Lewis with a side of Morsell and Jones, then Kuath for dessert
so, Lewis
Lewis was clearly the best player. However, I think we should consider how a players game was compares to his season average. It was not unrealistic to expect this kind of contribution from Lewis. However, it was Jones who far exceeded what you would expect to get from him. I happy with the Lewis selection, but I think Jones' contribution is probably more unexpected and therefore had a greater impact on the outcome. We would not have won without his unexpected contribution.
Lewis going for a career high is an expected outcome? Lots of overthinking concerning SOTG this year. It was JLew, no need to make it more complicated than that.

So, are you proposing that we have a new "PWCIMUATHGIOTO" award? I don't know...it doesn't exactly roll off the tongue.

It's a psychological problem to be sure. I have incredibly high expectations for Lewis and Morrell, which will be challenging for them to surpass. I already have high expectations for Kolek, too, based on his mature ball-handling and passing ability.

Basically the only rationale to pick someone other than Markus Howard in his senior year.

I love his passes, he just sees the court so well.
