I don't think we should disparage Mr. Dodds, despite the fact that he literally wanted to put me in a blender. He's still a die hard MU fan. It's his thing and that's fine. I have no issues with it.

Disagree with you regarding Dodds though. The guy always has a knee jerk response to anyone who dares to disagree with him and simply cannot admit that others might have legitimate points. Kudos to you for being able to forgive a guy who "literally wanted to put (you) in a blender" and "have no issues with it". Any chance I can temp you to run for Congress?

Disagree with you regarding Dodds though. The guy always has a knee jerk response to anyone who dares to disagree with him and simply cannot admit that others might have legitimate points. Kudos to you for being able to forgive a guy who "literally wanted to put (you) in a blender" and "have no issues with it". Any chance I can temp you to run for Congress?
I don't and will never have ill will towards any Marquette fan. Even though I felt he treated me unfairly and eventually I had no choice but to bolt. Believe it or not I'm not thin skinned. I know full well I can wear on people and be antagonistic. Anyway, he honestly doesn't bother me personally. I'll just say he really struggles with admitting he's wrong when it comes to MU basketball.

As far as Scoop, people are free to use the ignore button if they choose. The only real requisites for membership are being a Marquette (or Georgetown, I see you DFW Hoya) fan and not being completely crazy (sorry Chicos, whatever name you're going by now).

Did dodds go to MU? I don’t know much about the guy cuz I’ve always been on scoop but the way he interviews and writes his articles it’s hard to imagine he has a degree

Dodds has bled blue and gold for 50 years. He has been a fixture in press row for nearly 40. He bought time and had a radio show 30 years ago to talk MU hoops because he felt the local media was ignoring MU hoops.
You can mock him all you want. He has been passionate about MU hoops for a very long time. And he was an insider for nearly as long. Disagreeing with how he runs his site does nothing to change that.
