I think they have a good shot at winning this one tomorrow - now a possible 2nd round matchup with Baylor is another story :).

Oh, old school clicking still happens on two tv's.
And I know I'm probably one of the only in here who cares about this :) but this is the first year ESPN is broadcasting all the Women's Tourney games on 4 different networks like has been done for the Men's Tourney for years. They claimed to have whip around coverage but would pretty much just stay with #1 seeds killing #16 seeds most of the time and took forever to switch to close games. My kids aren't happy because they know I'll be controlling the TV for most of the day tomorow watching lots of Men's and Women's Basketball ;D

You have me beat in your normal setup, but for the tourney I've got 4 screens going.
I've really enjoyed watching this Marquette team this year. Coach Duffy has been excellent, but Selena Lott and Lauren Van Kleunen are the definition of senior leaders. Let's get a win tomorrow.

Not a great start for MU unfortunately but VT hasn't been scoring a lot themselves - VT leads 11-8 after the 1st quarter.

Yes it is once again. Would be nice to see Lott get going too.
The Big from VT is a really good passer. Kind of reminds me of us doubling Morant and him killing us with his passing.
I'm struck by the amount of long 2s. Are the analytics different in WBB that it's a more efficient shot? I think women are typically better jump shooters than men, so may make sense since a lot of these are very open shots.

13 turnovers are really hurting them. Cutting down on those and keeping Cam Taylor out of foul trouble are keys for MU in my opinion if they are to make a comeback here.
Well you can't say Marquette ever gave up - got it down to a 3 point game with 35 secs to go...
And then they can't box out and give up a big rebound with 7 secs to go.
The comeback falls short and they lose 70-63.
