OVERRATED! 2 losses with Rutgers set to join the other losers. OBTW..hire Gates.
but there the best of the best of the besr everrrr??
Big time upsets today for sure, but after this year in the Big East, I'm not going to start throwing rocks.
Meh, let's see what Nova, Creighton, UConn and Gtown do before we start criticizing the best conf statistically.

Not trying to criticize the big 10. Just trying to cheer against the big 10. 3 losses if you count MSU OSU and Purdue plus maybe Rutgers but Rutgers is winning 58-55 with Clemson shouting a free throw 58-56

Was about to say, wouldn't criticize the Big 10 so much when the ACC was taken to the woodshed today.

How the hell did NC even get in the dance?
All I know is my UW Badger grad neighbor is laughing at Marquette. We suck. Badger fans know it. They have no problem letting us know they know it 😂. If UW beats Baylor? ugh

I have to admit it's a scary scenario. As bad as UNC looked yesterday Wisconsin did play their A game. Obviously Davison was unconscious but Trice, Potter, and Davis are all capable. Will Baylor be sharp and in attack mode? I certainly hope so. Their guards need to dominate tomorrow.
They get by Baylor and I can see UW in the Final Four.

True ... but nobody called this year's ACC "the greatest conference ever." Pretty much everybody knew the ACC was down. I mean, Duke didn't even make the tournament.
So when you are called the greatest conference ever, and a 2-seed loses to Oral Roberts, and a 4-seed loses to the Mean Green, and your Hall of Fame coach loses to a team that has been devastated by injuries, it's notable.
Now, the Big 14 could have a great day today, and Madison could beat Baylor tomorrow, and Illinois or Michigan could go on to win it all, so it's a little too early to conclude anything about the Big 14.
But again, that the ACC is proving that it's trash this year is not exactly big-headline news.
This E.J. Liddell story is rather disturbing. People think we treated Wojo unfairly here as fans? WTF? Great kid and player too.

I wouldn't assume that similar things didn't happen to Wojo. Just because a story doesn't go public, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Glad to see a ton of people rallying behind him. Going after kids is never the right thing to do.
"the greatest conference ever." I'm sure some said it. Yet, who said that matters?

Folks here didn't want UW to win, but UNC & the ACC was bad. I mean, Marquette clobbered UNC (and barely beat UW) - so a few "impressive" ACC wins don't convince me UNC was ever any good.
UW will get clobbered in the next round.

Looking forward to Baylor wuppin' 'em good.
Boy I hope you two are right. I'm gripping a bit but Carolina was awful. Roy does not look well to me. I expect that job to open up relatively soon.
UW hit a lot of fadeaway long twos. I don't expect Davison to hit that many 3s.
Goodness, some of those UNC shots looked like me in my work Rec League.
Not going to lie, watching tOSU and Purdue lose brought me pleasure. I didn't get to watch the MSU game and they are my second favorite team, but them losing in a play in game made me smirk, too.
I think UW-Baylor is going to be a fight to the finish. This is where the Badgers age really helps them out. It seemed like the better B10 teams know the Badgers style and beat them with superior talent. But younger players who've never played them before can get flustered by them.
I won't be surprised if the Badgers pull a second round upset like they did over Villanova in 2017 and Xavier in 2016.

I would, Brad Davison isn't going for 30 again and Baylor's defense really matches up well against Reuvers and Potter

Yeah, it's weird. I know there's some extra paranoia from folks in WI, but there's not a doubt in my mind about the clobbering that UW will experience.
