I made it until the under 8 break in the second half. Couldn't take it any longer.
That is my problem. I almost never drink.

At the end it was Miller Time eh and Carton Time
The 2nd half clock reading 00:00.

Missed opportunity. The better line would have been...
You don't drink, you slurp.
Alas.

No one. This game is so bad it qualifies under the category, "No Stud When We Stink."

Not Nice, But somewhere along the Line, someone has to take control for the win
DJ for me.
DJ. Interestingly, 2 of his 3 highest scoring outputs came against DePaul. 23 in the loss, 20 tonight, and he also had 20 at Creighton.
The shot wasn't falling and we desperately needed somebody to take over. So time after time, DJ challenged DePaul to stop him, and they couldn't.
Any fan that made it through that monstrosity.
Then DJ for that dunk.

Funny ... my son literally just texted me and said, "I didn't see the game, but Wow what a dunk by Carton!"
I thought his block on Moore was more impressive. It isn't easy to do the defensive shuffle, keep up with the shooter, time the leap and swat the shot without fouling.

Good call. I thought DJ had one of his best defensive games last night, stayed in front of Moore all game, repeatedly cut him off on drives.
The game sucked, the result was nothing to crow about, but that doesn't mean fans can't appreciate some of the "little things."
Carton, no question but I did appreciate Koby last night. 12 points, 4 boards, 4 assists, 1 turnover (though it was a painfully bad one). Brought scoring in the first half, distribution in the second, and hit his FTs when he needed to.

Yes, Koby was under control, effective, and actually seemed to be enjoying himself out there. He was asked to play D on taller guys much of the game, too, due to no Theo and Lewis foul trouble.

I did, so I guess I was also giving myself to S.O.T.G.
Ditto. Watched the entire game, and not ashamed to admit it.

That's not allowed.

Why would you be ashamed to admit it? I have to be honest that I drifted off several times. It does not help (for me) when the announcers continue to say how sloppy the game is being played. I think I could have fought off the sleep if there was a better flow to the game.

Well, a few Scoopers proudly declared that they didn't (or wouldn't) watch the game, so I proudly declared that I did. That's all.
It was easy for me to stay awake. I was pulling for MU to win.
SOTG has often been a tough decision this year. Not this time. DJ.

I also was pulling for an MU win. A bit more entertainment in quality of ball would have been nice as well. Only time I cheered against MU was when Dukiet was here and that was a dark era.

Agree about the cruddy play most of last night. I did enjoy it a lot more when DJ took over.
No love for Greg considering how many times the announcer was calling him "awesome" recently!?!

It felt like a continuation of the Indiana/Michigan St game. Substitute DJ for Henry.
