Every team should press us. Good chance we turn it over, and at worst we get it across half court with 20 left on the shot clock. Almost 0% chance we break the press and use a numbers advantage to get an easy bucket.

High ball screen with Carton is doing nothing for the offense.

Theo selling out for every block (and getting zero of them) has led to 3-4 easy putbacks

Inbounds after made baskets is pathetic

DJ taking his sweet time to start a possession that has a 7.6 second shelf life!??!

Unlike wisco, no foul to bail him out.

It's the gameplan.  "DURR SLOW, DONT LET SJU RUN".  Aka Marquette is playing slow like they are up 15 with 5 min left even tho they are down double digits.  It's just hopeless brain dead basketball.

I get that for the first 19:53. Dumb gameplan.

But the final 7 seconds common sense has to set in and realize you don't have time to walk for 3 seconds.

Wow, two basically leaders on team can't throw the inbound pass.  Koby did same last game.
Thats five points direct to SJU.  Embarrassment to highest degree and on national TV.

Turnovers were good until end, only 6.
No foul trouble.

Trouble is shooting. 32% and 11% from three.  SJU is 53% and 47%.  MU one three, SJU has 7. (Ballgame)

Carton has no field goals, no assists, and two turnovers.

Theo is exhausted and playing like a warrior.  That Oso kid must be just a terrible player because he did not get one of Lewis's minutes.

He hasn't been too effective.

Much more concerned with the consistent misses on open 3s.

Theo immediately makes a strong post move and then draws a double which leads to a three. So never mind. I'm wrong.

Regardless of the outcome, SJ will be a menace for seasons to come under Anderson. You can see him inputting his style into the team and everyone is buying in. Will not look forward to playing them.

Folks I'm tired of this brand of basketball.
Nothing more to say anymore. The complaining, the analytical perspective, the criticism of players, etc.

It's time for a change and anyone who suggests otherwise must be out of their minds. These players deserve better! The fans deserve better!

We threw the ball away inbound after baskets twice today.

Don't think it matters if we draw up a play or not. These guys dont have the fundamentals.

Its a team wide issue right now. Coach to the players. Full slop.

Can you blame that on coaching though? SJU blew the Gtown game with three bad turnovers in the backcourt. Anderson's fault?

And no, I'm not saying this as a pro-jo, that ship has sailed. But instead wondering when bad execution is to blame instead of coaching.
