MU needs to put all its energy into coming up with a strong performance against Providence. Both teams are 4-5 in Conference and 8-7 Overall. We won the first game and should be expecting some adjustments from Cooley in game two. If MU can rise to the occasion and get a well executed win that would go along way toward putting the DePaul fiasco in the rear view mirror.
Ha!, yes we do.
Or else, hey?

Absolutely. Would you go small with GE? Have to find a way to bounce back Wednesday

We need to move the ball around and value each possession. Have to eliminate the free lancing and bad shots early in the possession.
Good luck on this one.
"...a long way toward putting the DePaul fiasco in the rear view mirror."
Highly doubtful
We'll get a strong read on the character of this team from their performance Wednesday night. Even the most optimistic fan would have a hard time seriously predicting a win at this point, but I'd be somewhat content with a high effort, poised performance. Very sad I know.
Another bad loss would be catastrophic.
Here's my bump to get the game forefront.
This team is Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
Hoping for a win.
Go Marquette!

When beating a team is the bare minimum , its tough to have high expectations.
At this point, apathy has set in, so while it would be great for a W, I am not expecting a W.
Will there be fans at the game?
I may tape it. May watch it if we win. Otherwise I have far better things to do with my time.
Gonna have it streaming in the background while I do house work. No sense in sitting down and wasting good beer, wine, or whiskey on it.
6 pm starts are tough because the kid's bedtime is usually in the 6:45-7:00 timeframe. Will DVR it and start it as live after she goes to bed. At least then I can skip commercials.

During the good years it was whatever I could get my hands on because winning would cover the taste of whatever I was drinking. Recently it's taken a damn good barrel aged stout, a Maplewood Son of Juice or any gummy series noon whistle beer to offset the terrible feeling of watching crap basketball.

I'm a light drinker but totally understand. I've settled on a rotating group of Belgian Beers so I can relax a little bit after being infuriated for 2.5 hrs.
No beer. Grain free here, aina?

Legally speaking corona is considered gluten free beers because it's less than 20 parts per million
Or you can always go with copperhead ale by alt brew to support a local WI brewery
