Proud of Theo, a true Warrior. Sacar and the others, too.
In my America, we are all treated equally. I will always support fighting for that. Great that these young men are standing up and making a difference. This old white guy stands with them.
Stand with Theo.
Sacar and Theo, two who make the Marquette Community proud.
Great young men we are fortunate to have associated with MU.
The heartbreaking part of the JS article was when Theo talked about always wearing MU gear when he works out outside to make him look like less of a threat.

My sister was looking for a way to explain what this is all about to her kids. She lives in a white suburb in a racially homogeneous city. I told her to tell them that if they went to a store with their favorite African-American player they (her kids) wouldn't be followed or wouldn't be denied service but the player would. That's what it's about.
Proud of Koby McEwen as well who has taken part of the protests in Milwaukee. Great to see these Marquette students attempting to change the world for better.
