Mediocrity Definition - winning against Villanova and then losing to DePaul.
Some of you are starting to see the light, but most of you Pro Wojo lemmings fear losing a recruiting class that has done nothing. What you Pro Wojo lemmings don't get is that Wojo isn't a basketball leader and cannot take great recruits anywhere. Wojo just pissed away an all time MU great's career. It takes a lot to do that. Not to mention, Howard isn't even close to being ready for the NBA. He was owned by a freshman NBA prospect tonight. Chalk that up to Wojo's poor offensive scheme and inability to develop Howard's defense/passing game. Howard's best Post Season opportunity to win will be when he plays with the other MU alums in the TBT tournament over summer.

Still, I think some of you like Wojo so much that if he walked out of your girlfriend's apartment, late at night, you'd still take a selfie with him or offer to get him a beer.

Not enough of the projos were giving hojos to wojo to boost his mojo back in the dojo so all the alums tears are now gonna flowjo and its time for him to gojo.

I've walked the middle road so far, so not a Projo or a Nojo. But I think it's ironic that your Scoop name is after the only coach in the last 30 years that is on record as saying Marquette fans shouldn't expect to go to the NCAAs every year.....
Deane was a good coach, but purposely tried to lower expectations of MU and of the fanbase.
People just need to lighten up. Wojo has ruined the program but that doesn't mean we can't be nice to each other.
A relatively small private catholic school in the midwest probably should have fairly low expectations, honestly beyond the unicorn that was AL we have been pretty damn lucky to have some competitive eras since we got the chip.
There is really no reason other than good fortune that we should have any higher expectations for this program than the depaul's , the loyolas, SLU, BC etc etc. Gonzaga , Nova etc are some of the outliers but Id say having modest expectations like making the tourney half of the time is pretty much what a program like this would expect at this point.

Ruined the program?
Is there a source that says we are not making the NCAA tournament? That will be three in the last four years if we make it.
A five star and two three star kids graduate and are replaced by a five star and two four stars at a minimum.
