Can we talk about literally anything else about Wojo's tenure? No? Okay, carry on.
Mcclung playin?
mcclung is like davison without the crotch rockin although i might not mind mcclung on my team, but davison is an embarrassment
Not sure on McClung. Yurtseven is back, though.

See, there are some things even rocket and I agree on.
Honestly Gtown +7.5 is an easy smash.
Last year I flew two-thirds of the way across a continent to eat meat with hale fellows then watch my heavily favored warriors take down Georgetown to claim the Big East title.
Other than the meat eating the rest was a f#cking waste.
The way I see it that sumbitch Wojo owes me $1,500 for a round trip airfare plus two nights at the Marriott.
That guy needs to get sh1t canned.

I think we let the season play out. He still has time to have a strong finish.
any good bars in dc that Marquette fans congregate at?

I watched a chunk of the Georgetown game last weekend, and Yurtseven was still very hampered by his injury (I get the feeling he wouldn't have played if they weren't so depleted) and was ineffective. I suspect he will be better tonight, but not himself yet.

Do it, Crash.
Get on the BoD, and then use your influence to get him fired.
-7.5 is a lot points. I would never bet against Marquette but definitely won't be betting on them with that line.
I see MU -8 this morning. I think the sandwich bet is the proper play.

Made me chuckle, nice work
I would have lost almost every bet on MU this year, if I had been betting. Hope I continue my streak by saying I would take the points.

you had to remind me crash-we watch villanova essentially hand us the crown on the tv's in the halls along with a few thousand others, proceed to our seats, full house, starting player intro, flames shooting to the ceiling, crowd going nuts and then....well we had fewer turnovers but shot like 20 % from the field and watch gt celebrate in disbelief.
weird thing is i have a 2019 big east champ hat

He played two games ago but re-injured himself. He did not play Saturday vs. DePaul.

My mistake. He came back the game before last, but only played 8 minutes. Must not have been ready or aggravated something. Agree it would be surprising to throw him back in there after an apparent setback. He's a dangerous player, so I sure wouldn't mind if he sits this one out to make sure he's good going forward.
McClung blows. Bad shooter, except against MU

Georgetown at Marquette (-7½), 8:30 p.m. (FS1):
These are two confusing outfits. I keep thinking Marquette has turned a corner, only to see it hit the skids. The Golden Eagles have lost three straight after taking six of seven. Georgetown, meanwhile, seems to keep rising up as soon as it has been left for dead. At 15-12, the Hoyas may have had their NCAA Tournament last rites read yet again. Markus Howard scored 42 points at Georgetown in Marquette's 84-80 win last month, and I'm not sure Patrick Ewing's guys have found a way to stop him.
The pick: Marquette

In your defense, you must have thought GT was playing DePaul.
Guy is just the epitome of negative. Whine and complain about how trash we are. How bad the program is. Whine non stop after every loss. Assume we are going to lose the rest of our games. Who cares if we beat seton hall get ranked and achieve. The team is mediocre. Wojo sucks. Boo him at games. Just complain no matter what

Insufferable twats.
Nice result. That 9-2 run to close the game sucked though, especially the buzzer beater three.

Wojo should have called a time out to maximize possessions
What the hell.
Gtown hit a 3 at the buzzer??
I flipped it off when they were dribbling the clock out with 5 seconds left and shaking hands.
Say, where is 5DePaulerPitcher anyway?

I have to say, it's not a bad NET strategy. Pretend like you've thrown the white flag and are going to dribble it out, defense starts walking towards the bench with 2 seconds left, nail an open shootaround 3 to help your computer numbers...plus the other team doesn't get the ball back.
New world order. I like NET in theory but I do miss seeing the walk ons get a few minutes.
I didn't like Wojo calling time at the end of the Creighton game, but otherwise had no problem with him trying to improve our NET.

Lol, really? I watched til the end, and they didn't even show it. They had already panned to Wojo and Ewing shaking hands.

Same. Had no idea until I read that and checked the stats. Then again, how much of a difference does 21 vs. 18 make?
93-72 Final so what did that last 3 matter, going from +24 to +21 win??? 8-)
Funny... I went to ESPN website Final score showed 93-72...went to play by play... showed Symirs layup... 93-69... then 0:00 End of game... Score in play by play still had 93-69.. Weird
Georgetown moved up.1 spot.in the NET. Who knows?

Saw it live and was annoyed when it splashed in because I knew it would count. Capped a 9-2 run by Georgetown over the final 2 minutes. None of it mattered, except in that it did somewhat affect the metrics.
