It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what makes us a good team.
Drive, drive, drive. When we push the ball, find seams, and then dump it to Ooze we are damn good.
When we settle and shoot 3s all day, we get blown out by 20.
Let's hope it's as obvious to the team as it is to us.
One of our best efforts all season, a lot of fun to watch.

We played with our heads ;D
(i know, i posted this in another thread...it's just a sweet pic tho)
well when Ooze is sitting on the bench for 25 min of the game - who do you dump the ball to?

I'd say Hayward. He was solid underneath today and he's probably been our most consistent inside presence all season.
Today Hayward and Ooze were stellar. What a great game! Finally won one on the road!
Ouse was steller because the guards passed him the ball!!
What was with James hoisting up those god awful three pointers when he knew his shot wasn't falling? Other than that...Great game. Hayward has been solid and it was definitely nice to see Barro step up.
You folks continue to focus on the wrong end of the court...When we defend and rebound, we score and win. The defenssive end is where it all begins and ends for MU.
Going to be doubly important tomorrow. We need to start by stopping UL on their end, and it will be very important for MU to beat UL down the court so that they cannot set up the zone.
Transition points, free throws, and taking it to the hoop to get them in foul trouble. That's what we need tomorrow night or for any game. Then we are hard to beat. And hitting a few outside shots opens the middle more - Scott C helped us with that in Cincy.
Let's GO MARQUETTE!!!!!!!!!!!
Big Second Half Leads... is our key. I know everybody wants those and probably will win most games with them, but when MU gets a team down 10 in the second half, it's lights out. They play right into our hands.
Strong start, press a pressing team, and transitionals. We may see Ooze and Burke in the game at the same time.
