Painful
When the team is losing the announcers are always more annoying.
Yeah let's complain about the announcer to distract us from the piss poor performance
Damn Scoop is the softest thing about this team.
terrible baised - cheerleading every seton hall play, and he is annoying - first time I ever watched an entire half in silence...
I thought they were bad and over the top, but I didn't think they had a bias.
Said nice things about both teams.
Like Rich Waltz, just excellent baseball announcers (ex Marlins guy), but not so for B-ball
Wenzel a Rutgers/Jersey guy. Theres the SH love.
If I think about this game tomorrow, the announcers won't be what I will think about. However, they were as bad as Marquette's shooting performance. Yeah, I know that might be hitting below the belt... but the announcers really were that bad
I don't think he is particularly good, but I didn't notice a bias. He says some stuff that is blatantly incorrect, but they all do. One time McKnight fouled Markus on a drive and he said he didn't think it was a foul, and I thought it obviously was. That was the only thing I can remember that you might call it anti-MU bias.

I agree. And it's not like we did a ton to fawn about in the second half. We were brick city while SHU somehow let us stay within single digits.
I watch some games on mute if I don't care for pxp and/or analyst or if I don't like the way the game is going. This isn't limited to just MU games either.
I realize it isn't for everyone.
I almost had to mute it, it was that bad and obvious. Almost everything out of his mouth was pro-SH. There was one time where McKnight was late on a rotation and we missed a wide open 3 and he was like, "Watch McKnight rotate over and get a hand in his face...that's outstanding defense." Except that it was way late and we just happened to miss a wide open shot. This is one of countless examples.

I had the exact same thought. That play was awful D and Wenzel played it like it was great SH D. He was bad. His enthusiasm for SH was over the top. Made watching the game difficult. Those kinds of biases are exacerbated when watching my team lose. We win, he is irrelevant. He was irritating yesterday.
My favorite was when McKnight tripped Markus on a drive and he said that should have been a no-call. Okay, Bob, then it's a travel on Markus, you dope.
CBSsports.net did not put the "A" team on the call for the MU-Seton Hall game.
I guess that is how much that network thinks of the two teams.
Go Warriors!
