Sure wish Theo could put the ball in the basket off of a rebound. It seems like he has lost his confidence on those. He sure is a great shot blocker though!
Bad thumb.
Theo has the potential to be a beast (corrected from "breast"...) Just need to get him the ball, imo.

That's s great auto correct
Dodd's posted that Theo has a connective tissue injury in his hand that probably requires surgery. Chose to play through it rather than red shirt.

He explains it here. Also discusses the difference between the Creighton game and the Villanova game.

Was it a flash or 5 star flash?
Watch the video. I suspect that Dodds knew but was respecting Theo's HIPPA rights. Theo went public with it during the interview after today's game.
His presence in the paint was huge. You could see the Nova players hesitate on their drives when John was down low.
And he had one (two?) jump hooks, to boot!

The team obviously has to respect Theo's rights per HIPPA.
Is Dodd's under any obligation when speaking about a player?

If he's not a medical provider or part of Theo's circle of care, he's not subject to HIPAA. I'm sure he would keep stuff quiet out of respect, but if he was told about medical conditions and revealed it, the people actually violating their obligation would be the ones that told a reporter in the first place.

Obligation of being a decent human being. Something that is rare these days.
