Markus. Incredible numbers today.

Lots of guys played well. Really appreciate what we're getting out of Bailey this year. The rebounding is great compared to a year ago.. pretty amazing.

Agree on these fronts. BB has been really good on rebounding and blocks. Nice to see him getting some confidence creating his shot. Good to see BB and Cain on thr the floor together

Yup. Bailey’s on ball defense isn’t great but his length and ability to recover and contest/block the shot is great.

From a practical stand point clearly Markus.

Dude had 30 pts on 13 shots and played like half the game.

Everyone had good moments tho.

I just love Symirs potential

Best passer since Diener! Needs to clean up the D, get that outside shot to fall consistently, and he'll be a stud. Love the guy

Bailey
Sy
Markus

Can you explain your reasoning? Clearly you base SOTG of expectations of performance not just performance in itself. Seriously a guy who scored 9 points on 4/9 is your SOTG over a guy who put 30 and 5 dimes shooting like 60%? I mean I don't really care but this is just silly as hell. Maybe a mod should make some clear definition of the criteria of SOTG

Howard was great again.  Looking forward to more of Sy.  How long before he hits 10 assists in a game?  Probably not until next year, but I love his passing.

Markus.  Symir had a very nice game though he did have some matador defense.  Bailey almost had a double double.

Symir had probably the best pass a Warrior has thrown this year, and he and Bailey are top contenders for SOTGOTM.

But it's M, obviously.

Gardiner.

Duke won 105 -54 vs Central Arkansas on 11/12.

Marquette just won 106-54.

Marquette is 1 point better than Duke all thanks to Gardiner.

Only if Koby stays hurt and Markus gets hot, catching and shooting off curls.

I'm guessing, as the year progresses his Defense improves and he earns more minutes and more opportunities to reach that 10 number.

He will not reach 10 assists this year.

At first I thought it should go to our three headed center(s) who had 28 points and 18 boards.
But then I was impressed with Symir who had a nice impact with 9 points, 4 boards and 5 assists in 27 good minutes.
Then I realized that Greg had 9 points 4 boards, 4 assists and two steals in only 23 minutes and DIDN'T MISS A SHOT.
If 9 points is good enough for SOTG then one must consider Bailey who had 9 with 12 boards, 4 assists and a steal... probably a greater impact than Greg.
But ultimately it's Markus.
