Markus
Coin flip between the two senior leaders.
Sacar
I'd go Sacar. He got us going early.
Markus was Markus of course.
Jamal did a lot of little things and banged some garbage time 3s.
Everyone else also had solid moments
Dexter.
Sacar tonight. Was more consistent throughout the game, though Markus was on fire for a bit. And Markus missed 3 free throws. #FTsMattaForSOTG
1a Sacar
1b Markus
Markus, most impressive thing tonight was the assists, Sacar had none.

Honorable Mention- Sacar Anim
What exactly is the argument for Sacar over Markus?
Points? MH 26 SA 18
Rebounds? MH 6 SA 4
Assists? MH 4 SA 0
Steals? MH 2 SA 1
Turnovers? MH 2 SA 1
eFG%? MH 69.2% SA 77%
FTAs? MH 11 SA 2
I'll take 12 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal, and 9 FTAs over 1 less turnover and 7.8% higher eFG%
Markus. He put the game away minutes into the 2nd half.

Turnovers. That's the argument.
Markus
Markus. Beyond leading the team with 26 points and 6-10 shooting beyond the arc, he added 6 rebounds (leading the team), 4 assists (tied for the team lead) and 2 steals (leading the team) -- with just 2 turnovers. Stud.

OK, I'm convinced. Markus gets my Vote.
I was wrong on one stat -- Koby led the team with 7 assists.

People probably judge based on the expected individual performance on an individual player instead of judging based off a common criteria for all players.

One of your Better posts.
Markus
Markus put it away when we stretched the lead. He'd be my pick.
The stats dictate Markus.
I'm also swayed. I now say Markus.
Markus.
It is tough to pick a SOTG in these cupcake games where there is no player we couldn't have played without and still won pretty easily.

This is true. But when the shortest guy on the team has more points, and MORE REBOUNDS than anybody else, he wins. That's right, Markus had 6 rebounds, Jamal and Koby tied for 2nd at 5.
