Is there any way to watch us whip Loyola MD other than signing up for a service we don't currently have or going to a bar with the right service? Where does one even find "Fox College Sports"?
It's on fox sports Wisconsin. If you dont have that, I would get YouTube tv or somthing. Cheap and has all the sporting channels necessary.
I checked this AM and it is on the Fox Sports Go app.
I get this through my Hulu live subscription.

Oh idk about that one. I live in WI so YouTube TV for me has FSW. might have to be front row sports type of deal for yuh
Many of us do not live in Wisconsin.
I just checked my Fox Sports GO app and the MU-Loyola game is not one of those being offered.
Any other suggestions?

That is odd -- mine has it and I do not live in WI.
As suggested by someone on this board - I just signed up for PS Vue + Sports Pack which gets you most (all?) Fox Sports regions. It certainly has FS Wisconsin. Of course Vue is slated to go away after January, but I'm good until then.

Fox College Sports is a group of three cable networks, FCS Atlantic, FCS Central, and FCS Pacific. I have Verizon Fios, which dropped the three FCS networks last year after they couldn't reach a new agreement on fees.
Chicago area. Fox Sports Go has DePaul, Nova, Seton hall and Xavier. No MU.
I'm not seeing it in the FSGo app in St. Louis. Shame.

Always appreciate your work, Mr. N. For some reason I didn't see this post. That being said, I don't think I have any access to this game at all except perhaps through reddit.
I am not inclined to sign up for a new service just to watch LoyolaMD and Grambling. For the 5 BEast games that are not on networks I get, it will be a good excuse to meet up with fellow Charlotte-area Warriors at an establishment that serves malt beverages.

I hope Schoolyard will be open for our Jan. 1 game vs Creighton. I will be in Chicago visiting the fam and definitely will want to join fellow Warriors for the BEast opener.
If you have YouTube TV or similar service and don't live in WI, you can easily download an extension for Google Chrome that allows you to manually change your geolocation. It's free. You can change it to Milwaukee, for example, and then click "update location" in YouTube TV and voila. Then you can either watch on your PC or cast elsewhere.
I think this gets mentioned one way or another in most all of these threads but for some reason the conversation goes elsewhere, like some crapty 240p streams that place a few trojans on your computer.
The extension I use is called Location Guard. I'm sure there are others.

Great information, thanks. Not sure how I have missed mentions of this in the past. Will changing my location affect all devices connected to that youtube TV account? and do you know if it only works in real-time, or can I record shows and watch later?

Sure thing, friend.
Just looking through my settings on it, as it took some fumbling to make it work the first time. Be sure to change the Default Level setting to "use fixed location" and on the Fixed Location node, pick where on the map you want to spoof your geolocation to. In this case, I assume anywhere in WI. On this page you also need to select the "fixed location disables geolocation" box. You can also check/uncheck the Pause box when you want to turn it off. Then go to YouTube TV and under your settings, there is an update location button.
There is a way to do all of this without an extension, basically by changing some background settings in Chrome. This is just a GUI version of that.
VPNs do mask your location but you sacrifice internet speed in doing so. And from what I remember, some don't play at all with TV providers and other websites...
Someone else asked if this updates the geolocation for all devices, the answer is no. For some reason, I assume YouTube TV sets a "home location" and even when the geolocation from a single device changes, it won't update that for all other devices. But I assume anyone that is saavy enough to have a streaming TV provider has a way to cast.

I had to add it via my provider. It is $2.95/month. I'll turn it off when basketball season ends (or sooner if I know we aren't going to have more games on it. Worth it for me.

You can sign up for a 5 day free trial of playstation vue (you don't need to own a playstation) if you add-on their sports package it includes every regional Fox sports channel regardless of your location.
