Great picture! If only I lived in Connecticut so I could buy one of the player tshirts they were selling only at Games 3 and 4 of the finals :). The only Sun Hiedeman thing I've found online so far is a custom jersey that's $90 and that's a tad above my price range. I am hoping they'll eventually sell the player tshirts online too.
I'm so excited for Hiedeman - rough start to her WNBA career with the Sun cutting her right before the season started and then the Dream cutting her without even giving her a chance to play but then things worked out well with the Sun picking her up again. Rebecca Lobo said during Game 4 that Hiedeman is the only rookie playing in the WNBA finals. And she gave a big shout out about her being a Marquette grad after one of her big plays. Best of luck to Hiedeman and the Sun tonight...

Yes - she's married to Marquette grad Steve Rushin. Always nice to see MU get some love on national TV :).
Good for Natisha. 👍

Have you heard the story of their first meeting? I always get a kick out of that :). It's described in this commentary by Rushin:

I always enjoyed reading Rushin's work in Sports Illustrated and his is a good twitter account to follow. I also follow Lobo both for basketball updates and funny life thoughts/updates :).

I've met him twice at MU events in NYC and I recall him telling the story both times.
He started as an WNBA hater, but then..............

Have met him a couple times too. He was roommates of a friend of mine at MU. We were at a Bachelor Party together and he behaved himself. He spoke at a function in Wauwatosa and told some awesome stories. Very nice and kind man.
