Big Money MU Donor (and money patron of the basketball program), Marcus Lemonis (aka "The Profit" on CNBC) was hit with a major shareholder lawsuit.
(Lemonis is an early 1990s MU grad)

CNBC host Marcus Lemonis, aka 'The Profit', has been hit with a shareholder lawsuit in Delaware claiming that he and a well-known private-equity investor manipulated the market while taking an RV supply company public.
In a complaint unsealed yesterday, Bloomberg reports that the plaintiff - the Lincolnshire Police Pension fund - alleges Lemonis and Stephen Adams used a series of public offerings to cash out of Camping World Holdings Inc. without relinquishing their control of it, even though Camping World was “in no way ready to be a public company.

#FakeNews #Lies
The lawsuit is from last fall
Is 1995 the “early 90’s”??
Still over 30% higher than its 52wk low
Lawsuits like these are a dime a dozen

Marcus is a mid-90’s grad.
This isn’t totally new. Situation should resolve. This isn’t a criminal situation.

Amen.
Plus, the Lincolnshire Police is one of the most lavish departments in America. They hire top rated law-firms, their fundraising is unparalleled, they should almost have their own ticker symbol on nyse. Their station looks like a corporate retreat. Wouldn’t doubt if this is how they augment their pension fund...by filing frivolous suits hoping one will stick.

Try this.
Camping World was $46 in Dec 2017 (15 months), hit $11.18 on Dec 18 and is now $14. but but but ... it 30% off the low (and also 70% off the top).
This stock is showing no problem at all, right JB (Mr. Lemonis)?

If I write a story about the civil war and post it today, will you believe the civil war occurred today?

The lawsuit was filed last fall. Some quick research would have led him to market analysts positing that Camping World’s liabilities related to multiple acquisitions (I believe Gander Mt was one) has created short-term paranoia among uneducated investors....
Sounds like the Lincolnshire Police Pension fund to me.

How are they like Diener?

Unless its coming from the SEC or federal prosecutors, big F'n deal.
This smells to high hell of the pension fund trying to get a settlement. Hope he doesn't give in.
