If they were smart, they would put some giant TVs in the AL and have it there.

Jacksons has been a very fun atmosphere. I'll probably be heading that way again.
Anyone going to watch in the Loop anywhere? I think I may need to block off some time on my calendar.

Will there be beer?
Isn't Commonwealth Tavern the main Chicagoland MU spot? I went there for the Badgers game and it was pretty live.
Is there a Denver Marquette spot? Not the 'burbs, but Denver proper.
Gonna be in NOLA this week. Any MU friendly places in that area?
If any alumni or study abroad students are reading this from Ireland and would like to do something for the game let me know.

Certainly not the Superdome.

The Marquette Club of CO hosts watch parties at Roo Bar in Denver. I'm sure there will be a watch party there again this week.
Not sure how this is going to work, but here you go:

Aside from the Foolyard, Shadows and Commonwealth, there is a listed event in Forest Park at Old School. Anyone know of this event? Random place, though it works well for this Oak Parker.

Usually O'Sullivan's is where they were in FP. Old school is definitely a random spot to have it.
Honestly some oak Parker should have it at Poor Phil's that place is legit

Interesting. Still gonna try and find somewhere in/near loop so I can maximize "work" in my office before jumping out to watch somewhere. But no idea where to go for that so I may just end up at Old Town Pub as it's the closest Marquette-related bar to my office.

I would hope that Marquette would have a game-watching party in the Loop. Some of us have real jobs.
Hell, I would settle for a BYOB Marquette's Chicago office.
As it stands, I will have to try to maintain the Cone of Silence until I make it home to watch it on delay. I would rather do that than sit in a random bar with people who are only semi-interested in the game.

Yeah, the part where watching with people don't care isn't my favorite. I'd be willing to scout Loop bars if you want to avoid the cone of silence.
Any scoopers going to be at jacksons?

We also gotta convince Glow to leave his client's party in Highland Park to trek Downtown.

Could try and do Emerald Loop. Gonna call and see if they will do sound.
Of course its been a couple a few, but O'Neills on Wells was my office friendly location in 2013. MU had a viewing party there. Chicago Chapter a little rusty on these things?
In Jacksonville, a group of us will be watching at Intuition Ale Works during the break between first round sessions.

If Jackson's is the local spot I'm in with a couple others
