Hope he recovers quickly. You could tell he wasn't himself and the hip was giving him problems. Will be interesting to see how he looks against Nova.
Not his hip, but his groin. Per Dodd's after talking to Wojo after game.
Did he get injured during the game? Or did it happen earlier?

When I saw it live I knew something was up, figured it was groin. Those are tough to heal from. I suspect he can move straight fairly well, but his step back is probably not possible right now. These take quite awhile to heel if they are severe enough. Fingers crossed that it isn't severe.
HIPPAA!

Thanks for the correction. Hope it's not serious.
Pulled groin=knot good, aina?
Did Dodd's ask Wojo what MH was doing in the game the last 3 minutes up 18??
The only minor groin injury is someone else's.

Got that right. Health issues are only insignificant to those who have never had them. I knew a D-1 player who thought he was invincible. He was dead within the year. Be thankful for your health and every minute you have.

Well, that got morbid

All my groin injuries are a VERY big deal.

I don't think his groin injury is that serious though
The injury happened/was aggravated on a serpentine drive at 15:45 where he wound through the defense and dropped a dime to Ed while he fell awkwardly sideways with force.
Isn't "groin injury" code for "took a shot to the grapes?"
I think it hapoened in the first half when hus drive n pullup got blocked from behind. At least he came out of tge game n went to tge lockeroom after that.
I thought he was injured near the end of the Butler game.too. was that maybe the initial groin injury?

Yep, pretty certain it was on this play.

Dodds? Say something even mildly questioning the Marquette program?? Surely you jest!
How you say...sycophant??

That Aggravated the original injury from the Butler game.
Groins are easily aggravated....or so I've been told

It happened on the play I described and he stayed in the game. When he couldn't get any lift on the play you described he went out. I agree that he originally hurt it vs. Butler, though. Wojo took a lot of questions in that presser on resting Markus.

Since Dodd's wasn't in Providence he couldn't ask Wojo anything in person.

Dodds heard that on the radio when Wojo was talking to Homer post game.
