Last night Wesley became the first undrafted player in NBA history to reach 1,500 career three pointers made. I didn't even realize that he was the all time leader for undrafted players. Congrats Wes!

Now, that is banner worthy! In all seriousness, pretty impressive.

I had to Wikipedia "Craig Hodges" because I could've sworn he wasn't drafted...I was wrong. And I also learned that Hodges dissed GHW Bush (over his administration's policies' effect on inner cities) while wearing a dashiki in the WhiteHouse. Jim Boylan, being interviewed for the ESPN short film UNTUCKED, talked about Bo Ellis wearing a dashiki. Amazing how everything comes back to MU😉
Wes is having another solid season and I hope he can translate it into one more decent size contract.
Only undrafted player ever to 1500 is incredible.
But to me, being the sixth-fastest player ever to 1500 (in terms of games played) is even more impressive. Only Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, James Harden, Ray Allen and Peja Stojakovich got to 1500 faster. That's some pretty heady company. All first-rounders (most of them lottery picks) and a whole buncha All-Star games there...
Congrats Wesley!

But would Wes have been drafted had the NBA had more than 2 rounds like it did when Hodges was drafted in the third?

Wes and Jerel probably both get drafted in a hypothetical third round.
Why does the NBA only do two rounds? With the growth of the GLeague will there be a move to go back to 3 or 4 rounds to fill out G League rosters?

G League has its own draft. Also this past year there were players who were not drafted, such as Angel Del Gado, who actually got two way contracts.

Those are four first ballot hall of famers. And Peja has a shot at HOF. That's remarkable company. I had no idea. Congrats, Wes.
And his reward...getting traded to the Knicks.
Reports have Wes and DeAndre Jordan's expiring contracts going to the Knicks for Kristaps Porzingis (and some other big contracts)
Maybe Wes will get cut by the Knicks and have a chance to sign with someone for the stretch run?

Talk about screwed up priorities. How are we supposed to get him on the summer tournament team, if he reups with the NBA?

Well what are the odds our TBT with Wes and Wade could beat the Knicks?
I think we need to change the topic name to "Condolences to Wes"
the Knicks are a dumpster fire.

Maybe he gets bought out and signs with the Bucks.
I suspect he is also the leader in total earning$ for all non-drafted players.
Can you imagine if Travis could talk those guys into playing next summer?

Sixers media are talking about the possibility of a Wes buyout. It would be great to see Wes and Jimmy playing together again.
Bucks should be all over that

If he's free sure. But the Bucks are just fine. He'd be way more valuable to the Rockets or, especially, the 76ers.
