Anybody have any insights on the game time for the X game on January 6th? or when it might be announced?
Game is listed as 11am or 3:30pm
The time will come out after the NFL Playoffs are set. (Dec.30)
The Xavier game at MU is on FOX. So, if the FOX NFL Playoff game is early. MU will be at 3:30. If FOX has the late NFL game, MU is at 11AM.
Thanks! Disappointed we won't know until Dec 30th, but get it - normally don't care, but can't make an 11am game.
Anybody know who I can lobby to ensure that we have the late game? :)

The NFL. ;)
Hopefully Patriots are 3 seed in AFC--CBS would likely want to feature them in 3:30 game, which would put Bears vs Viking/Eagles in noon game on Fox (and MU at 3:30).
If Rams drop to 3 seed, that could put them in 3:30 slot on Fox. West coast teams hosting a sunday game=MU vs Xavier at 11am.
If I were to guess, the Cowboys will be the late game on FOX. That puts the MU game at 11AM.
If true, Marquette will be the late game. In terms of viewership, I hope this is the case.

It will have little impact on viewership. 99.9% of the audience will flip over to the other playoff game.

Your percentage is way off. If you have looked at CBS's college basketball ratings following an NFL game.
PBA Bowling last Sunday on FOX got a huge number thanks to the NFL.
Fine. 99.8%.
I just posted in the NFL thread that I got told the Bears are the noon Sunday game on Fox.
Wild Card Schedule:
Saturday:
3:35p CT: Colts/Titans at Texans (ESPN/ABC)
7:15p ET: Seahawks at Cowboys (FOX)
Sunday
12:05p CT: Chargers at Ravens (CBS)
3:40p CT: Eagles at Bears (NBC)
So, no FOX game on Sunday.

Who knows now. Will have to wait for Xavier, MU or the Big East to put something out. My guess is 11am
Going to guess Seton Hall and DePaul are 11am tip and MU follows that game for a double header.

Seton Hall at DePaul was confirmed days ago at 12pm on FS1.

MU game is on the Fox mothership, not FS1
Right, and I figured with no football they could do a BE double header.
11am confirmed.
Sunday, Jan. 6 has been confirmed for a 11 a.m. CT opening tip at

Yep, just saw it on gomarquette.com. 11 am CT, noon ET.
Downtown Bloody Mary brunch followed by 11:00 tipoff....sounds like a good day is shaping up!
Back at home in time for Bears game.
Was considering the Panorma club to watch both of they were at the same time.
