Title: Game Day Weather - 6-12 inches of snow.
Post by: mu_hilltopper on November 30, 2006, 06:41:51 PM
Starting at 3-5am, pretty much all of Milwaukee county is in the 6-12" band of snow.   -- But south, Racine/Kenosha is predicted to get 12-15". Whoa!

It sounds like it will be done at 3pm, which is 5 hours before the game.

In any case, let's be careful out there.

Me! Me! Me! Me!

I remember the drive up.  It took an extra 90 minutes to get there.  We got to the BC about 10 minutes before game time.  Bought tickets on the street.  Luck would have it that our seats were just a few rows off the floor from where Novak let the shot fly... and down goes ND.

Last year had a few game days with interesting weather.

I had a friend up from ND. His face was priceless when Money hit that shot. That was also the game in which "they" figured out that after that shot, the decibel level inside the BC was equivalent to a jet flying by. O the memories.

I remember Saturday Jan. 22, 2005 when I woke up to over a foot of snow, and having to get to the Bradley Center by 2:00 for the tipoff against Charlotte.

Too bad Marquette lost that game.   :(
