Quote3. Hoosiers on the mend
It's not clear just how deep Indiana's bench will be against Marquette. The Hoosiers are still trying to get a diagnosis on the "lower leg condition" that freshman wing Jerome Hunter is nursing. Hunter, a former four-star recruit, will miss his third consecutive game on Wednesday. Redshirt freshman forward Race Thompson is also expected to miss time while he deals with concussion-like symptoms stemming from a collision in Sunday's practice. Archie Miller said that guards Zach McRoberts (lower back) and Devonte Green (thigh contusion) will be game-time decisions. "They haven't done much since our last game," Miller said. "It's been slow recoveries. We're banged up in general right now, so it's going to put pressure on everyone."
I already knew about Hunter being out, but this is news about Thompson, McRoberts, and Green being banged up. If Green were to be out that would be a huge blow to their backcourt.
Was unaware. I may have to adjust my expectations. Take advantage of the short bench. Attack!

Run. Run. Run. Put the press on them with our long guard/forwards like Sacar, Brendan, and Jamal. Wear those guys down, but keep our legs fresh.
On the IU board they're saying two of those guys got time against Montana so I'm thinking they'll play.
Nothing wrong with taking advantage...beat them and them them get healthy for everyone else :P
I just called Wojo and let him know.
We discussed strategy for tonight, and Wojo asked some really good questions.
Such as, "who is this?" and, "how did you get this number?"

I knew about about Thompson.
Read something about Green but didn't know he was in actual jeopardy of not playing
No clue who McRoberts is. Key player?

Zach McRoberts. He's a walk on actually but was top 5 in minutes on last year's team. In two games this season he's averaging 12 minutes. Wouldn't call him a key player but I believe he's the most accurate three point shooter on the roster which is a weak point

Green* and McRoberts not dressed

Greene and McRoberts not dressed
Intriguing. No Greene would be a significant blow. Phinesee has been solid against two cupcakes but him having to handle Howard for most of the game can only be good for us. Also takes out two of three point shooters from a really limited three point shooting roster.
Take advantage. Let's give them 40 minutes of Warrior basketball.
