Option 1: Howard

Option 2: S. Hauser
votes: 30
Option 3: J. Hauser
votes: 26
Option 4: Morrow
votes: 3
Option 5: Cain

Option 6: Elliott

Option 7: B. Bailey

I know it's summer and I know it's slow, but the question is exactly that, which player on the current roster will we have to chant at to try and convince him to stay one more year?
Put another way, which current roster player will be leaving us early? (I do believe J Hauser will be the hottest pick here).
If JHauser is the correct answer that would be sublime as it would mean we had a hell of a season
Nobody next year. Joey in 3.
Otule.
Why no Sacre?
Gotta be Morrow. Based on the what I've seen of him he's got that chip on his shoulder and toughness we've needed at the 4. Kinda like Crowder did but without the 3pt stroke.
I don't think we will be yet, but I think the best candidate in the next two years is Jamal Cain. He has the length and athleticism to be a NBA wing. He has shown the ability to knock down outside shots. He has the most fly through the ceiling potential. Cain is a guy I could see putting it all together and getting on draft boards.
It's also entirely possible the depth at the wing, between Anim, Sam, and others doesn't allow Cain to get the minutes that let him make that leap, or that he simply isn't ready yet (if ever). But if there's someone who has the physical tools to be a breakthrough, jump-to-the-NBA guy, it's Jamal Cain.

Yep. Needs to build his body base though.

Yep, I second that. Best athleticism on the team.
None on that list
None?
It'll be Sam Hauser. Highest chance at going pro next year in my opinion. Dude is highly underrated by marquette fans. Even more underrated nationally.
Now that he's going to be the 2nd big man on campus he's going to see his usage sky rocket. If he learns to create his own shot, watch out.
I voted Sam but I do struggle to find an NBA comp for him.
Crowder? but then I look at how he guards LeBron and don't think Sam has that strength
McDermott? maybe
Korver? much quicker, even at 37 or whatever age he is
Novak? "no D and 3"? not in today's NBA
Wes? at least pre-injury he could guard anyone 1-3 but Sam cannot
I hope that it is Wojo. We got used to our coach being mentioned for other jobs over the past 15 years. I am hoping it happens again.
Can't wait to see our biggest and most mature team win the BE.
