Click on attachment. Plus/Minus column takes into consideration your seed to determine how teams are outplaying or underplaying their seeds.
UPDATED through Elite Eight.
Big Twelve looks best with 4 Sweet Sixteens, 3 Elite Eights, a Final Four team, and the best +/- outside of one bid conferences.
Nova saving our Big East asses.
SEC (amongst others) ended a disappointment.
ACC is overrated. Hope to see Duke go down, but likely they will make a deep run.
Big Ten doing well because they had 4 teams with high seeds. Will be interesting to see how they do in the 2nd round.
MSU is going to plaster Syracuse I think
Michigan/Houston should be fun
Butler could give Purdue sans Haas some trouble
Expect Gonzaga to play better and beat OSU

MSU's weakness is turning the ball over and passing. You beat a zone like Syracuse plays by not turning it over and passing well. Personally, I think it's about the worst matchup for MSU other than Duke.
I'll probably end up wrong, but I think this terrible, undeserving Syracuse team is going to the Sweet 16 despite having no business being in the tournament.

Maybe. Bridges decided to be THE MAN for one of the first times this year. If he embraces that, I think they get past Syracuse.
When Izzo makes a run, he usually has a stable of seniors who have seen it all and play long stretches of mistake free, relentless basketball. This year, those stretches have not been as long or as withering. Young team has difficulty sustaining the intensity or consistency. Loads of talent. Possibly his most talented deepest team. Could win it all or crash.

Bridges can be a beast, but I think Winston will determine how they do against these zones. If Syracuse's length bothers him, MSU could be in trouble.
Though considering what my bracket looks like, take this all with a grain of salt ;D
Mine, too.
BUMP for second round.

Good call.
BUMP. Updated through Elite Eight.
I have a formula to grade Conferences:
Want to reward certain things without making it too complex:
+1 Team to get in
+1 Win
+1 Win against Seed (not weighted...too busy)
+1 Final 4
+1 Champ
still a couple of points to give out:
3pts for wins
1pt for the championship
Loyola and Michigan could get points on Wins against seed still (11x3?, 11x1?, 3x1?).
Loyola could end up with 15pts for their conference and potentially surpass the B10 and tie the BE.
* Some may weight things differently...was debating adding a bonus point for each Sweet-16.
* Moving thru and beating higher seeds rewarded.
Conferences with many teams rewarded, even if many teams in league...I think thats fair.
For instance if the ACC lost every first round game they would have 9pts...less than the MVC with 10 (all from Loyola's final 4).
In reality, the ACC was very strong as a conference even though they have no final 4 team.
