Sorry for the delay.  My internet was slow and it took 3 hours to upload so I let it upload overnight.  Enjoy!

Also I heard someone say if a video clip is under 30 seconds it doesn't go against copyright infringement or whatever it is.  I did notice at the Milwaukee Admirals game they pulled short clips from Fox News and CNN that were all under 30 seconds.  Can anyone confirm this?

I could re-watch that deflection->Acker spin->Cubillan-buries-the-three sequence over and over and over.  Actually just did.  Mo's move was sick.

That was my favorite sequence of the game, just for the crowd reaction alone. It was LOUD in there when Cubillan hit that three. Even though it wasn't as packed as we all thought it would be, those that showed up were very into it. I can't wait to see what the BC looks like the rest of the conference slate.

Been a reader for quite some time, but this is my first post... is that Trend with the massive scream or is it Harangody whining like a little leprechaun? Either way...kudos to the video!

Thanks for the upload.  I'm a huge fan of the scream as well.  Trend is becoming a cult hero.

The majority of highlights I take from games is Trend highlights despite limited playing time.  He's a very exciting player to watch!

Here is part of the law.  I think this means it is OK.  Scoop is not making money off of the videos and we are using them for comment.  TWC isn't losing money because of it.

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include —

(1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;

(2) the nature of the copyrighted work;

(3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and

(4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors.

I think this means my videos aren't violating copyrights.  Where did you find this anyway?  Thanks!
