Fitting that the Bradley will likely be half full on March 3rd. The place is a dump. It was never meant for basketball and is the worst venue in the Big East. Seven thousand in the lower level. What a joke of a place. After the way the team played today good luck trying to get people to up the ante and pay inflated prices for season tickets.
Well,
They will be paying those "inflated" prices to watch games in a different arena
So...
Unless thousands are going to eat their tickets, I don't think it will be half full. Looked at Ticketmaster yesterday and about the only sets of non single tickets are 3 rows from the top and the ends
Requiem
Lots of great memories but always hated the place. Total crap design
Bad bad bad for so many reasons. Achitects just got it wrong. New arena looks like they learned from others mustakes. Looking forward to it, should greatly improve the home court advantage and give it more of a college basketball experience. I expect rave reviews for the game experience.

The architects did what they were told: build it for hockey as Petit really thought she could get the NHL yo Milwaukee. But, when full during the Crean years the place got loud and we had nice home court winning streaks. New arenas are about comfort and revenue and are steril environments. I'll miss the BC even with all of its flaws.
I had a great dump a few months back. Little bits of the leafy salad I had eaten slid right through undigested.
I gotta believe that there's NO WAY we would have let this topic go 7 hours before it took this turn if we had won today.
Worst venue in the conference? Are you kidding me? You must not have been at Wintrust today trying to get a beer.
All jokes aside, it's not the best arena I've been in, but it's far from the worst. It's an NBA arena with NBA caliber amenities and concessions. Just going to a road game at UW reminds you how lucky we have been to have had the BC for so long. I'm looking forward to the new place, but the BC wasn't all that bad.

Good for you and no sheet it was built for hockey. Well guess what we play basketball!! Therefore the arena sucked. And i know ur a Crean slurper but even under Crean 15k in that arena was like a funeral parlor. 17-18k was electricunfortunately we only get that 3-4 times a year.
13-15k in the new arena will be a significsntly better home court factor

Little aggressive after midnight Gizmo?
We could have stayed at the Mecca, if that makes you happy.
BC lacks character and was not built for bb, but is hardly a dump. MECCA, even with the cash sunk into it over the past few years, is a dump, even though it has better sightlines.
