Out of curiosity does anybody have reasonable ticket prices for this game? 50+ seems absurd considering both of our records. Anybody know of sites selling for cheaper or school links to get tickets? (Willing to go through DPU if I have to)
For those without a sense of humor the title means @Depaul it's because nobody from depaul shows up and everyone from MU chicago shows up.

There's still upper decks for $25 a ticket (around $28 with fees) at the DePaul ticket site (http://ev9.evenue.net/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/SEGetGroupList?groupCode=DEPAUL&linkID=depaul&shopperContext=&caller=&appCode=#__utma=247529496.594923383.1518375708.1518801494.1519279197.3&__utmb=247529496.1.10.1519279197&__utmc=247529496&__utmx=-&__utmz=247529496.1519279197.3.3.utmcsr=google|utmccn=(organic)|utmcmd=organic|utmctr=(not%20provided)&__utmv=-&__utmk=257045512)

I’m doing the Miss Katie’s B&G shuttle down.
It’s my first time. Anyone ever been?
-
see if the MU alum association still has tickets in their block available, they're a bit cheaper than face value
-
Going to walk up and take my chances.

A bit late, but we're semi-regulars on it. It's nice in that they do multiple runs and it's a big bus so it fits a lot of people. The downside is it's only one bus. Some other places have multiple smaller buses so it seems like you aren't waiting as long to go back after the game.

Anyone still looking? A weird situation has put me with 4 extra tickets near the MU bench. Sec 113 row C. I'd take $25/ea for them. They are hard tickets.
-
Hi, I’m looking but only for 2. Would you be willing to part with just 2?

Yeah for sure. Just had someone snag 2 of them so I have 2 available. Send me a PM

So is the new smaller than the old venue?

Yes, by quite a bit. Wintrust has capacity for a little over 10K. Rosemont / All State was 17.5K

I don't think he meant the game's sold out, I think he meant he sold his 4 extras.

Based on Stub Hub, game is probably sold out as they list only 90 tickets left. Ticketmaster doesn't have any that I see.

Yes this. Sorry for the confusion.
-
Just bought 4 tix in section 221 for $25 apiece. Limited seating left for sure. Will be interested to see how many MU fans will be there.

DePaul uses E-venue. The game's not even listed on Ticketmaster. The school's site still shows a fair number of upper level seats available.

If going to Wintrust Arena for first time read the following on event parking restrictions and purse bag policy.
legal street parking without an event permit will get you towed during the game.

I live in the neighborhood. Reggie's is a nice divey punk rock bar, and runs busses to the Wintrust for games. They open at 9am. I think this is the best bet.
After the game beers: Motor Row Brewing (http://www.motorrowbrewing.com/menu/) is the closest walk from Wintrust with good beer. Vice District (http://vicedistrictbrewing.com/) is farther away with less good microbrews, but they are BYOF so you can order food there from anywhere in the city.
After the game pizza + beers: Flo & Santos is as far as Vice, but they have the best pizza in the neighborhood (thin crust, party cut). They'll be open at 11:30 or so.
I haven't found any places besides Reggies opening for pregaming. I'm having people over, but none of you internet people are invited. Buncha creeps.

Want a bagpiper and his three helpers at your party? It's sort of st Patrick's day season! Just messing thanks for the heads up about Reggie's I've been to tons of shows there but on Yelp it said 11 was when it opened.
