Boom.
I need to look back at my sheet of integrity from that year.

Looks like Rick needs a date with a laser.

Regardless, the whole "vacate your title" thing is a dumb, make believe consequence.
Does this mean that Kevin Ware did not actually break his leg? I'd like to have that visual vacated from my brain.
So if it has to return conference tournament revenue, that goes back to the BE, right?

And speaking of Ware....

what title
Why has nobody gone after them in court for hiring prostitutes to have sex with teenagers? Or for contributing to the delinquency of minors?

That's a pretty awesome quote and it really sums up how strict the NCAA's "punishment" truly is.

That's because I just don't think most people care all that much.

Prostitution is still illegal. Hiring a prostitute is a crime.

Fourteen?
Sir
I was a big, big, big Rick fan, but he /they got what they deserved. That said, the fans had a fun run under him.
So hookers = win revoke (the most meaningless penalty ever)
Fake classes = nothing?
Goose:
Rick the coach or Rick the person?
Sir
Coach. He knew how to coach and play D. My kind of style.

Maybe they should have shared the hookers with non-athletes.
I agree with Goose. Rick in the 80s and 90s was the best coach in college basketball with Providence and Kentucky. Very revolutionary in how his teams played. One of the first to grasp the importance of the 3 point line and set up his offenses accordingly.

I think they did. The dads.
I don't think they were hookers. They were just girls that they paid to have entertain the guys. Sex somehow got involved in the entertainment.

So if you someone is paid to "entertain" you and it just happens to turn into sex, she isn't a hooker?
Lots of cops who bust "massage parlors" would probably disagree.

Is that what you tell yourself when you take out a girl that you pay to "entertain" you?

Sorry for the zombie thread, wanted to share but didn't think it warranted a new thread.
http://www.wdrb.com/story/38814448/former-u-of-l-basketball-player-chane-behanan-arrested
Chane Behanan was arrested after being pulled over for a traffic violation. He was suspected of being under the influence of marijuana....and the cops found a stolen AK47 in the backseat.
I could be misremembering but didn't we recruit Behanan?
I wonder if getting an Adidas-brand AK47 is considered less of an NCAA violation than a $100k cash payment.
