Seems about right or maybe too low at -7.5 for X.
Yes was thinking 9.
Hammer the over
Take Xavier, give the points, bet the over.

Great to see we have faith in our team
This team is better than I thought it would be. But beating a top 10 team on the road is a big ask.

If you are a gambler that is the smart bet.
We've lost in Cincy with better teams. Gotta agree, brew.
We've won in Cintas with worse teams. Both us and X. This will be tough. A win would be amazing, not expected.
We're winning tonight. That is all.
Would be a tremendous win. X is a fine team, with strength up and down the lineup and a star in Blueitt - who scored 23 points last time but didn't shoot well from 3.
We were in the game in Milwaukee all the way, so it's possible. Even though we played very little D in that game, we probably win if Markus has even an average game; need him to stay out of foul trouble this time. We hung in there with them on the boards, which is always big. Sam needs to look for his shot more.
Gun at my head, I'd take the over for sure. But I never bet on MU games. They're nerve-wracking enough to watch.
My HS team plays tonight, so I'll miss the first half - I hope we play well enough in that half to make the half I'll watch meaningful!

Game of the night!

Usually not a fan of overs around the 165 mark, but that seems to be the play tonight.
Not a good feeling.
I think we keep it close but all the attention this game is getting from national media means:
1) we will wear the gray unis we wore once last year and got blown out in.
2) we go 0-21 from 3.
(I hope I'm so wrong. And I think we've got a chance... but this attention the game is getting is giving me the nervous poops)
X is going down.
We got this.
I'm expecting a macura/rowsey scuffle at some point....with a T given to one if not both of them tonight.
X is very tough down the stretch. I hope we are there at the 4 min mark.
Look, we all know it comes down to one thing. If Marquette is making it rain in Cinci tonight, they have a chance. Anything else, we are going to lose, and then it is all about managing the loss.

That's pretty much the case no matter who or where we play.
MU covers at +7.5. Suspect we will lose game by 3. We are improved, and have had 9 days to sharpen our focus/defense. Expect Froling to play better, as well at Theo. Cain as the X-factor.
The Warriors will win by playing tough defense and lights out shooting.
Has dropped to 7.0 since opening at 7.5.

Eh, we're better as a team now. I think that's unfair.

Yep. We could get killed, but if you put any stock in T-Rank it says we're greatly improved.
Over our last 5 games we have the 7th best offense and 54th best defense, and have been the 12th best team in the nation.

Thanks for substantiating my thought.

My daughter attended Xavier's Open House in the fall. While there, I learned that the Cintas Corporation owns outright the Cintas Center. It's just located on the Xavier campus.

"Managing the loss" is an awful thing for the once great MU basketball program to have devolved into.
How about winning a game against a really good opponent and becoming relevant again?
Meanwhile, gave the points, bracketed the O/U, +400.

MU did it last year. MU has beaten ranked teams this year. How quickly they choose to forget. And MU has been in the business of managing losses since Al left. 40 years ago. The final 4 team? East Carolina. The elite 8 team? Green Bay. Every team in 40 years has gotten their ass handed to them at least once during the season. You have a hate-wood for Wojo and regular wood for McAdams. We get it. And I am glad you are here, because (A) it helps focus the arguments for Wojo by having such a predictable and easy foil and (B) when Wojo breaks through, and he will soon, taunting your pathetic trollery will be oh, so sweet.

Stop trying to reason with a-holes, tower. Not worth your valuable time.
My time isn't that valuable. Better to engage than curse and ignore. Too much of that in the world.
