One quick question for the experts here.
Over the next two seasons, MU graduates one senior per year – Rowsey, then Heldt. This is partly due to transfers, of course – and early departures for the NBA could change that. That said, has there ever been a time in recent history when MU had such little turnover in two consecutive seasons?
Thanks for the help.
I am not an expert, but here is my read.
I think we have had a decent amount of turnover - just hasn't come from graduating seniors. We'll see about the next two years, if history is a guide the two graduating seniors won't be the only ones leaving (Not that I am advocating that anyone personally leaves from current roster)
The minutes pressure is there and as we saw with Hanif, people have their own lives outside basketball that might take them somewhere else.
But having said that, I can't see anyone going for basketball reasons. Markus is great but hasn't shown consistency or handle for NBA just yet. Young guns are getting established. Heldt will graduate I would think. If anyone goes it will be one of those mid year things.
I hope Wojo can figure the minutes well.
