This was a good call by the refs. Hope wojo shows this to our players. Wander on to the floor during a scuffle and you're gone.
What an embarrassment for Minnesota that they allowed a team of 3 players to get within one possession with less than 2 minutes.
Alabama plays 10-plus minutes with 3 players after ejections, fouls, injury

Alabama was forced to finish its game against Minnesota at the Barclays Center Classic in Brooklyn on Saturday with just three players after its entire bench was ejected following a wild scuffle and then two of its remaining five players departed due to fouls and an injury.
Collin Sexton, Galin Smith and Riley Norris played the final 10:41 for the Crimson Tide, who cut their deficit to three (83-80) with 1:32 to play before losing to the Golden Gophers 89-84.

Idk barely losing in a 3v5 would give me a ton of faith.
Superbar
This is the best thing he has posted in ages.

I am sure that is the exact attitude that most posters on this board would have if that had been MU.
some would say Marquette has been playing 3 against 5 all season.
Crazy game

The gopher clocked them all day 5 on 5 before the ejection fest.
They let off the gas and just took jumpers when it became 5 on 3.
Maybe they shouldn't have done that. But game was never going to be in doubt.
I want to find a rebroadcast of this game. Incredible fight by the 3 bama players against a very good opponent, no less

I mean...a one possession game under 90 seconds is somewhat in doubt.
The gophers looked terrible once it went 5 v 3.
Can we discuss this game in the thread that jesmu started where it should be, at the Superbar?
That's a pretty good idea. Every time Heise starts a Superbar thread in Hangin at the Al someone should create a Superbar thread and everyone should discuss the topic there and not click the Hangin thread. Maybe then Heise will start putting his threads where they belong.
Heck, maybe we can copy and paste the exact title and content of Heise's original post like Heise used to love doing to Velazquez's content.

10:45 PM CT on a Saturday Night and whining about the specific placement of basketball related threads on a basketball message board is the most important thing you have going in your life.
How did you allow this to happen to yourself?

Correct. But the moment they got it down the Gophs drove for an and 1.
They approached it horribly. But they coulda fed Murphy anytime they wanted(hell it worked all day 5 on 5). Idk why they didn't just play for the kil though.

You are a wise man, Wades.
Do you think Minnesota just felt bad? Took long jumpers instead of working the ball around for an easy shot?

Most of the discussion took place before jesmu started his thread - so no.
