Someone was complaining about not being able to get a scouting report on our guys because there is no outdoor court around to check them out on. Alright, which one of you is Coach Wojo? Speak up.

Sultan will be outraged.
Then he went home and took 4 ibuprofen.
Didn't see Sacar.

He's standing by the Jimmy Johns, just outside the picture area. had a boot on. a'ina?
It's been awhile but wasn't there a basket in the park (aka fenced in blacktopped area) on Kilbourn between 18th and 19th? I remember playing wiffleball there and I think we used to shoot hoops too.

Yes. Club baseball (80s) practiced there - too small - embarrassing, but ran into one of the hoop poles once running down a fly ball. Now the park is leased by MU from the city, I think; through the grapevine but fenced and have to swipe card to get in. No idea if basketball court is still there.
Yep. Lived across the street at 18th and the alley in a Chris Ganos red door special. Court was busy.

That park is for club lax soccer and quidditch now amongst other things. No hoops.

One of the very few legitimate reasons one can bag on millennials - and wow, what at legit reason.
Broom, peach basket — who cares? Games are meant to be fun, not taken so seriously.
It was called Norris Park. MU reopened it around 6-7 years ago with the all grass fields.
I wonder how much that grass is torn up once that Quidditch practice gets competitive.
I used to play ball there a couple times a week in the early 80's (lived across from the courts on 19th).
I don't remember too many other MU students on the courts unless a couple of the regulars that ran the show in Peanut and Chili-Most were alumni.

A little ironic since your screen name is the same as the name of an animal in Harry Potter. Granted, I'm sure it's just coincidence.

I think i knew that, also adds a level of richness to my snide remark, but it's actually just my last name spelled backward. Hence the capital F at the end.
