Would any stat master or hoops historian out there know...?
An unranked MU beats a top 10 foe on the road by scoring north of 100 points. Has that EVER happened in the program before?

Don't know about the 100 point qualification but an unranked MU beating a top 10 team on the road ... last year at Providence.

According to the press conference, CU spent no time creating or working on a defensive game plan once they learned Watson was out. Focused almost exclusively on getting acclimated on the offensive side of the ball without the PG.
Creighton is in trouble for the excuses over this game plan thing and Watson out. They need to move on with what they have.
If they're next loss is soon and it includes a helping of Watson excuses...I'll bet they're done. 4th or worse in the BE and 1 and done in the tourney.
Creighton has 6 weeks to adjust to life after Watson. I don't think they will be a final 4 contender anymore, but they certainly have enough to right the ship and finish top 3 in the Big East and get to the S16. They will be a better team when they come to Milwaukee.
