Gotta be Rowsey
The bench:
1. Rowsey
2. Rheinhardt
3. SwaggyDu (9 pts, 7 assists, awesome D, and no TO's; 100% eFG%)
Loved Sam's game today. Great effort. Great defensively, offensively, and on the boards. But he's number 3. And Reinhardt 2.
It's obviously Rowsey.
Rowsey.
Honorable mention to Cheatham for excellent D on Garrett.
Wowsey

Ultimate shooting champion aka Rowdy Rowsey Piper
I lean towards Rowsey, but any other day Reinhardt would be a great call. Honorable mention goes to the controlled game from Duane.

Agree. Isn't it nice when multiple players are worthy and we not selecting a guy that just had an okay game because we have to?

Hauser, Cheatham, Reinhardt, and Duane all had great games today. Shouldn't be overlooked.
But it's obviously Rowsey.
Reinhardt looked like the grad senior we need him to be.
Def Rowsey!!! Solid game by all. On to butler.

This.
I loved the man-up D played by Hauser and Duane today. Haani, too. Our defense has gradually improved. Still work to do, but it's nice to see.
Rowsey's too obvious for STOG, but it's nice to have many other contenders.
Rowsey
1. Rowsey
2. Reinhardt
Rowsey, with huge props to Reinhardt.
Rowley for sure but I also liked Haulers rebounding, blocked shots and hustle.
Great effort.

Was going to say the same re Sam -- did so many, many things exceptionally well. Loved the sequence we he was playing tough defense, made his man force up a very touch shot, then came flying in for the rebound.
1. Rowsey
Runners-up: Sam, Katin, Duane, and Haanif
Just noticed Matt 23Min
Luke 17 Min
Didn't get to see the game so no one gets it.
Great to see AR and KR step up though. Give it to Rowsey!!
Go Warriors!!

Much of which was garbage time.
Sam did so many things well today. Defense, rebounding, assists, floor awareness at all times and some good shots. He is my star today. I think it was his best all around game this year.

Wasn't Heldt in for most of our run that led to there actually being garbage time?
Rowsy but need to note Duane's selfless, error free, team play.

Yes he was. Our defense is so much smoother n active when Heldt is in there. He can move and rebound...something extremely important when u can already score. We gonna score 80 a night we need some interior defense n rebounding
.
Rowsey. Markus off for the day, how great it is to have options. Interesting stretch coming up, and now SHU falls to Prov. to start us off.

LOL. He had the same number of rebounds as Luke did while playing more minutes.
And forgetful to answer your original question, Luke was on the floor when Howard went out of the game and DePaul hit free throws to go up 22-20.
He was subbed out at the 5:26 mark when MU was up 34-24. Heldt then finished out the half.
So I was wrong that "much of it was in garbage time." They both played during that first half run. However the idea that our "defense is smoother when Heldt is in there," is an opinion that doesn't seem to have a basis in reality. Luke is a better rebounder based on TR%, turns the ball over less based on TOV%, and fouls once every 8 minutes versus every 5 minutes for Matt.
Heldt is definitely improving. And he may end up better than Luke when all is said and done. But he isn't now.
Wowsey
AR for the W
I got to explain to my 10 year old what a 'heat check' was. I started yelling it at the DVR. So that was fun.
This is still up for debate??? Rowsey ...done
The inefficiency of the MODS regarding SOTG is unacceptable >:(
It's posted but the score hasn't been updated. Mods trying to cheat Rowsey out of his SOTG!
