Empty seats galore at the start of the Bears-49ers game at Soldier Field on Dec. 4.

At online ticket resale marketplace StubHub, the cheapest ticket sold to the Dec. 18 game was just $25 before taxes and fees. That is historically low for a ticket when the Bears' rival is in town.
The last time the Packers came to town in December was 2013, when the fans paid an average of $244 per ticket, according to StubHub.
And if that's still too rich for your blood, the Bears-Redskins game on Christmas Eve is quite a bit cheaper. Buyers have paid a median pretax price of $58 for that game on StubHub, with the cheapest seat reselling for just $18.

Sunday's Packers vs. Bears game may be coldest in Chicago's history
http://www.accuweather.com/en/weather-news/sundays-packers-vs-bears-game-may-be-coldest-in-chicagos-history/70000297
The Chicago Bears will take on their division rival Green Bay Packers at 1:00 p.m. EST on Sunday.
The lowest recorded kick-off temperature at Soldier Field was on Dec. 22, 2008, when the Bears squared off against the Packers, with the air temperature at 2 degrees Fahrenheit.
Temperatures around kick-off are forecast to be near or slightly below zero on Sunday.
"There will be 10- to 15-mph winds, producing AccuWeather RealFeelĀ® Temperatures around 20 below zero," AccuWeather Meteorologist Dave Samuhel said.

I don't bother with threads that go many many pages. They are usually off the rails and impossible to read
Thank you for the ironic chuckle you gave me.
One word...
Bad.

Dish, any word on who is running things down there?
Is it Pace? Or has Fox consolidated enough power to be the real man in charge? Are the McCaskeys involved at all or just positioning themselves to each grab as big a share of $$$$ as possible??

According to Mike Freeman, sounds like Fox is gone.

There's also been reports on the Bears bringing in Bill Polian to serve as a senior advisor.

I've heard they have no idea what to do, on anything football related. Ted Phillips is still running things on behalf of the family, they want to make a change for change's sake so it is perceived they know what they are doing. It's been, it is, it will be a clown show as long as the family owns the team.

Sadly, seems very accurate.
Hire a consultant to hire a GM. But, have the consultant hire the HC. Losing continues, so fire the HC, and bring in another consultant. Consultant finds the next HC. Repeat the process.
I know everyone is more than exhausted by the '85 Bears, but even look at the inner workings of the organization then, they won in spite of themselves.
Bears are projected to win the Super Bowl in 2093.
Guys, relax. Heisy doesn't want this thread to get too long. He'll lose interest. Let's slow the pace here.

So you didn't even look to see that it is still consistently talking about current-day NFL stuff. Got it.
Posters like you ruin message boards over time.

Why do you and wades care about this thread? Participate in the topic or don't open it. Just stop bringing your early childhood problems here with this self appointed policing.
I have you and wades on ignore now.
So my kid gets a call from his buddy. Free tickets. Just left the house with many layers topped off by his Randall Cobb jersey. Go Pack go.

Randall Cobb (along with injuries to my top theee pics) absolutely destroyed my fantasy team this year. Between that and drafting Rodgers the year he broke his collarbone, I may never take another Packers player again on fantasy.

I'm a Bears fan and Davante Adams really screwed my 11-2 team with two of the worst TD drops I've ever seen yesterday. Screw you, Davante.

Two of the worst you've ever seen?! Let's not get carried away. Those drops wouldn't even make the Bears' top 10 worst drop of the last few weeks.
