• Minutes played is an underrated statistic. It tells you which players Wojo trusts most to be one of five on the court.
• No real surprises with Haanif, JaJuan, Luke or Katin.
• Sam's earned some big playing time early on as a freshman, which is a great sign for the season and his career.
• Carter, Wilson, Howard and Rowsey are all within a minute and a half of one another — possibly suggesting nobody's yet risen to the top at the 1 or 2 spot.
• I'm fine if Matt continues to contribute 8-12 solid minutes a game for the rest of the season. As long as he gives Luke a rest and pulls down a few boards, he can foul all he wants.
No telling how long it lasts, but it is worth mentioning:
That's a legit 10-man rotation.
