When I did the early bracketology for Paint Touches, I had us in the last 4 in. Can't disagree with where Lunardi has placed us. Slightly outperform expectations we are dancing, slightly underperform and we miss the NIT.

Every game is going to be a roller coaster for us.
Check out the rest of the bubble. Also on that list...Michigan, Georgia, SMU, Vanderbilt. First 4 games are extremely important.

Surprised not to see Pittsburgh anywhere on that.

I was too. Searched their name because I figured he had them in his bracket since they weren't on the list. Nope.
Six NCAA bids with MU being in the first four out reflects what many people here are saying. That is the Big East overall is better this year.

Agreed. But they have a HUGE ? at PG. They have an unheralded three star FR and that's about it. Still, thought Young and Artis would warrant at least a mention.

From top to bottom, the BE is probably the best and deepest conference. SJU should be much improved this year. Don't know much about how Depaul is going to be, but other than them, there aren't any bad teams in the BE.
7 top 60 teams.
Thought I would point out that Howard is also pegged as a NCAA participant as the MEAC champion.
Also, I'm convinced Joe Lunardi read my bracketology. We agreed on every 1 bid conference champion except for three:

I usually criticize Joey Brackets for not actually researching the low majors. Clearly, my criticisms were heard ;D
We definitely need to get out to a fast start playing other bubble teams. Let's get this show on the road.
GO WARRIORS!

DePaul has the potential to be historically bad.
They were 6-6 in non-con last year, and though their schedule this year is even weaker (at least 4, possibly 5 sub-300's), they may not even hit that. God forbid something happens to Billy Garrett, Jr.
Every fiber in my being wants to scream at DePaul for their suckitude year after year, then I am reminded of our recent record against them, and my fibers shut up.

We um....
We lost to them... soooo I agree, but yeah, we could lose to them again.

Marquette could have a season for the ages, be undefeated going into our last conference game against DePaul, and I think everyone here would be waiting for the inevitable letdown.

It really makes no sense that Wojo is 3-1 against Providence and 2-2 against DePaul.
