Title: UNC has jurisdictional hearing with NCAA on Friday

UNC is arguing that the NCAA long has stayed out of the business of determining academic merit and therefore cannot penalize the Tar Heels for what is essentially a non-athletics issue.

I wonder if this is how the NCAA can weasel their way out of punishing UNC.
