Been a week since he took his official. Any news on how it went?
I have every reason to believe he survived the experience.

Well, hot damn! Welcome Ike Eke!
Excellent news! We've had a need for an athletic, defensive big man and Eke is a great start to the 2017 class.
Not the typical switchable, aina?

Alright alright alright!
I haven't been able to find a whole lot of info on him. Anyone have a good rundown on him?
Outstanding! Updating the chart.
Who got the crystal ball right on this one?
Told you we got this. ;)

Most of his highlight reels are the standard stuff. Not much of a shooter but can play offense around the rim, good offensive rebounder and can finish from 5 feet and in.

Better known for his defense and shot-blocking. Good rebounder, good length, able to play above the rim. Looks like he's already added weight in the past year and has room to refine his physique and add muscle.
His UD-Jesuit high school team went 28-0 and won the Class A Michigan state title last year. Team was led by former MU target Cassius Winston but Eke's development was a big part of that, especially on the defensive end.
Personally I love this article about Eke: http://thecollegetailgate.com/2014/10/28/ball-is-not-life/
He came over to the US from Nigeria in 2013 and didn't really start playing organized ball here until 2014. The kid puts a big focus on academics and seems to value his academic future over his athletic future. Will be interesting to watch him progress as he's still very raw in terms of his development as a player.
Wojo only gets da easy commits, ai na?

Well, just maybe, these 3 star recruits will pan out better than some of our previous 4 star guys.
Joel Embiid all over again, but this time we landed him, ai'na?

And the Pageantry continues.......Kudos to the Coaching Staff!
Just want to make sure I have this correct ...
Eke is a 2017 commit so we still have an open spot (Wally's spot) should we find a one year commit.
Is this right?

Awesome News. Great start to 2017 class. Welcome to the Warriors Ike.
This is completely impossible because Wojo isn't really a good recruiter and already should have been fired.
But in the unlikely event that it happens to be true ...
Welcome to Warrior Land, Ike!!!!!
Congrats and welcome to Marquette. The Class of 2017 is shaping up nicely.
